We will run one of following mutual communication diagnostics:
For a certain period of time our colleague will become your colleague. He will observe and analyze daily interaction among colleagues as well as overall level of internal coherence. This technique will help us deep-dive in your daily communication challenges and select the best ways for improvement.
Meeting with a team. During this meeting we will play together several applied improv games in order to define models of cooperation in a team, level of trust and individual communication skills.

#3 ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS
Summary of observed internal communication and collaboration practice. Explanation of detected pros and cons as well as modeling of the nearest year for the existing communication practices. Description of offered training methods for improvement.
