Process of building the team and collaboration within it is an endless set of cycles. Applied improvisation techniques allow this process to proceed consistently and continually improve.
4 steps to a collaborative team
This step consists from two parts:
meeting with team manager to gain insight into your teams daily work, tasks, team members, teams successes and challenges.
Test for team members (or interview) to analyse individual character traits. Getting to know the team.
#2 PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM: THE OFFER
After getting to know the team, a personalized program for your needs and specifics is being developed. The potential trainer will introduce you to it and verify are your needs understood correctly, afterwords explain exactly how the program will address them.
#4 SUPPORTING AND CO-OPERATING TEAM IN LONG TERM
You will continue practice of applied improvisation in your daily routine. Once a week 1 hour workout for the whole team. It is run by an internally trained trainer (based on a handbook that we will develop for you) or Runas Rāmis coach. Training with applied improvisation for further development of skills and continuous improvement of team collaboration. Only skills that becomes a habit are able to deliver long-term results.
# 3 APPLIED IMPROVISATION
Applied improvisation classes, which combine the theory of collaboration and mutual communication with improvisation theater training methods. This way, theory is put into practice immediately, working directly on developing personal skills of each team member and expanding the viewpoint. Training is gently removing all frames that have been limiting your teams performance until now.
